As an Service Desk Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting valued customers with their technical issues and providing top-notch support. **_These roles are based on site in Auckland and Wellington:_**
**_Wellington Roles - Monday - Friday Full time hours - Temporary contract_**
**_Auckland Roles - Saturday and Sunday hours - Temporary contract_**
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance, troubleshooting their issues regarding ticket management, and resolving their concerns.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software problems, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Document customer interactions, accurately maintaining records of inquiries, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and common operating systems.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate empathy while resolving customer concerns.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
