**Requirements**:
**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience as a Principal or Vice Principal (or equivalent) of a successful and high-performing school with an international profile.
- As the Green School New Zealand offers primary, intermediate and secondary levels, experience of leading schools across a range of year levels would be an advantage.
- Experience in leadership and management of a complex institution.
- Green School New Zealand takes safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children seriously, and applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and criminal checks before hiring any individual.
