We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join our fun and supportive Tauranga team in a diverse sales role. You will have strong customer service skills and have experience working towards sales KPIs and hitting targets. This is a 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday with rostered Saturday role with no late nights, have weekend for yourself

Your main focus will be building strong customer relationships and selling a diverse range of flooring solutions. You'll be consulting with customers in the showroom and in their homes and properties so you won't be stuck in the store all day A full NZ driving licence is therefore essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Following up on customer leads
- Measuring/estimating flooring requirements and constructing a detailed plan
- Costing, quoting and closing the sale
- Maintain POS and inventory databases
- Encouraging excellence in staff relations between flooring installers, office and shop staff
- Post installation follow-up and customer care
- Meeting or exceeding performance Sales targets
- Maintaining up-to-date technical product knowledge

You will work with your customers from the initial consultation right through to the post-installation check-up, so this role will definitely suit someone who cares about the full customer experience and delivering the best result possible
