**Automotive Parts Advisor**

Our client needs a **Parts Advisor** to join their busy parts department. This is a busy dealership with huge career growth potential in the **Manukau area**

**Role benefits**

Franchise parts department experience is preferred but not essential.

As a Parts Advisor you will be responsible for coordinating vehicle parts and accessories across a wide range of customers and clients.

**Role requirements, including but not limited to**
- Provide exceptional customer service to all Parts Department customers
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Positive phone manner
- Deliver accurate parts advice and information to customers
- Positive attitude to ensure a good culture fit.
- Manage stock and inventory efficiently

You will work closely with the Parts Manager and Parts Sales Representatives to maximise profits and efficiency in the Parts Department.

Effective Workshop pre-picking with a pro-active vision on stock hold requirements.
