**Role description**:
As a Joiner, you will support the Operations Manager and Factory Foreman with all aspects of factory-related joinery work.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Work with machines in the workshop
- Assist with deliveries and remedials as required
- Achieve daily workloads
- Ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy at all times, especially around the machinery
- General factory and assembly work

**This role will suit someone with the following background/experience/qualities**:

- Modern joinery, cabinetry product and construction knowledge
- Skilful and conversant with hand and power tools and workshop machinery
- Knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance
- Understanding of house building/construction for kitchen installations
- Good attitude, with good timekeeping, great work ethic and communication skills
