**Role Description**
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Duty Manager / Night Auditor role is vital in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our property.

This role requires a a can-do attitude, great people skills and the ability to work within a diverse team. This role will involve covering 2 Night Audit shifts and 3 Duty Manager shifts per week.

Duties for day shifts include managing the daily operations of the Hotel, managing guest check-ins & check-outs, ensuring the security of the Hotel and guests, managing all aspects of Reservations, cash & credit handling, and assisting with guest queries & requests. Duties for night shifts include performing night audit, doing security checks, and public area cleaning.

**Qualifications & Experience**

A LCQ qualification, current Managers Certificate, and current Level 1 First Aid Certificate would all be an advantage.
