We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Marine Engineer/Diesel Mechanic to join a talented and dynamic team. This is a full-time position where your expertise will be valued while you are given the opportunity to learn and expand your skillset. If you have a passion for all things Marine, a knack for problem-solving, love working with your hands and a drive for continuous learning, we want to hear from you.

**The Role**:

- Conduct general servicing and diagnostic testing of marine systems and mechanical equipment on marina based recreational and commercial vessels.
- Professional client interactions with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Execute installations, maintenance, repairs, and overhaul systems and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to industry and maintenance standards.
- Provide accurate job records and assist with estimates and quotations.
- Work on various marine propulsion engines and a variety of vessels.

**The Essentials**:

- Trade certificate in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Previous Maritime experience would be an advantage but you may also have transferrable skills form the auto-motive or heavy diesel industry.
- Full NZ Driver’s License.
- Positive can do attitude.
