_JOB DESCRIPTION-_Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Perform basic tasks including painting, filling crevices, clean facilities and managing and performing maintenance repairs on various items, objects and appliances.

Find and notify the need for any kind of maintenance or repairs from time to time.

Resolve and reply to the client’s requests in regard to the maintenance/ repair in a professional manner at the earliest without any delay.

Undertake the task such as repairing and putting of windows, fences, doors, sliders, railings,

Responsible for maintaining the lawns, gardens etc

Assist carpenter and other construction staff from time to time.

Responsible for maintaining of the outside spaces such as sidewalks, parking lots and other areas.

Assembling furniture/ equipments and also responsible for shifting furniture or equipment

Undertake duties as assigned from time to time.

**Other Skills**:

- Basic Math skill and attention to detail for work._HOURS PER WEEK- 35-45_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
