- Commercial skills required to reach the desired sales records, stock, and wage budgets.
- Designing and implementing marketing strategies for the growth of the business.
- Increase the reach of the store by marketing/advertising the business using different modes such as social media etc.
- Handling customer grievances and working of redressals.
- Ensure to maintain high quality standards.
- Supervise the staff ensuring their training and development.
- Motivating staff members and offering incentives as and when possible
- Showcase teamwork and contribute towards team’s effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Keep regular checks on store’s Health & Safety policies, ensuring compliance at all times.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
