As a Part-Timer with Johnny Bigg, you are responsible for providing superior customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them. Ideally, we are looking for our customers who love how we serve them - someone who loves our products & represents our brand.

**Your role as a Johnny Bigg Part-Timer**:

- Be passionate about customer service and delivering a memorable experience for our customers
- Are driven to exceed company set budgets and KPI’s
- Assist in replenishment and unpacking of stock
- Maintaining store presentation standards
- Act with Urgency with customers and tasks
- Availability and flexibility through extended hours including late night trades, weekends and public holidays.

**About You**:

- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Take pride in your personal style and presentation
- Have an interest in fashion and trends
- Have previous experience in retail or customer service (preferable)
- Must be available for both late nights and weekend days and have good availability during the weekdays
- Loves working in a fast-paced environment
- Is someone who takes initiative, quick thinking and loves problem solving
