Due to an ever-growing workload, we are currently looking for skilled and efficient ExteriorPlasterers to join our team in Auckland Region on a full-time basis.

Essential skills and attributes include for both roles include:
High attention to detail
A current driver's license or reliable transport
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
High level of initiative and eagerness to work
Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Two year relevant experience or level 4 certificate

Responsibility

 Examining and priming surface for plastering
 Protecting non-plastering surface with appropriate materials
 Fixing and repairing previous plastering work when necessary
 Reporting any structural issues to the site manager
 Mixing and preparing mortar, plasters, and other finishes
 Consulting with other contractors to ensure project deadline are met timeously
 Understand which materials are best for both new construction and historic buildings and obtain them beforehand
 Coat walls with plaster and go over the undercoat to make sure the final coat is flawless and requires few touch ups

weekly working hours may vary from 30 hours to 60 hours.

we offer hourly rate from $25 to $50 per hour depending on your skill level and experience

Applicants for this position should have an NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
