**A bit about In Room Dining**:
SkyCity currently have 2 hotels across our precinct - 4.5 star SkyCity Hotel and 5 star SkyCity Grand Hotel plus Horizon Hotel which is on the way so it's a pretty exciting part of the business. We look after a variety of guests from our local customers to visitors from all over the world As part of the exceptional experience we provide at our hotels, we offer our guests an extensive In Room Dining menu.

**A bit about the role**:
As part of the In Room Dining team, you'll be required to provide fantastic and timely service to fulfill our hotel guests dining requirements, look after phone enquiries and orders, along with delivering In-Room Dining orders to our hotel guests. Our In Room Dining team also provide catering for in-house SkyCity events and meetings too.

**A bit about you**:
You'll likely be someone with a friendly and welcoming nature who has a positive attitude to help make our guests feel at home. This is a fast paced role so you must be quick on your feet and able to juggle many tasks at once.

**The 'must haves'**:
Previous customer service experience is required and strong communication skills.
