The Beef EQ Grader is trained to measure carcass size and shape, focusing on the eating quality of the beef that farmers produce. The Beef EQ Grader is also responsible for providing daily quality and food safety inspection services to meet production, food safety, customer and regulatory requirements. This will entail physical checks of tasks being completed and documentation checks to ensure Supervisory tasks have been completed and recorded.

Responsibilities include:

- Leadership
- Beef EQ grading
- Technical and Quality Auditing
- Product Specification checks
- Food Safety compliance
- Technical administration and training support

Usual Hours of work are 4:00am - 12:30pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work when required.
