**About the Role**

At **Repco** we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store - As a Retail Assistant your key focus is to ensure this, from helping out the customer find the right product, processing the sale at the till, through to ensuring the shelves are adequately stocked and the store maintains it's high standard of presentation.

**Skills & Experience**

We need someone who enjoys dealing with people and ideally you would have worked within a retail or customer service environment - And if you have an interest in automotive, that's a plus You must be confident working in a retail/sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers. Your strong communication skills and excellent phone manner will be complimented by your team-focused and 'can do' attitude.
