We believe in enabling our people to reach heights they may have never imagined possible. **Who We Are Looking For** We are seeking **Senior, Managing, and Senior Managing Consultants**to join our team, who combine initiative, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to lead client solutions. You excel in managing Data and Analytics projects and possess the ability to navigate all phases of the development lifecycle. Your experience allows you to design high-quality business solutions that create value and enhance performance, while your leadership inspires junior team members and fosters a collaborative environment. **Your Day-to-Day** - Manage Data & Analytics projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. - Design and develop solutions to address client issues and improve business performance. - Maintain accountability for defined work assignments and project scopes. - Communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Conduct quality reviews for technical tasks and participate in proposal development. - Coach and mentor junior team members while leading small to medium-sized project teams. - Design, implement, and maintain complex data engineering solutions and data pipelines. - Perform complex data quality checks and remediation. **What You Will Bring** - Experience linking and translating business requirements into Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and Analytics solutions. - Data integration with a variety of data sources and tools to extract, transform, and load data - Good skills in data modelling, data ingestion, and ETL design - A thorough technical understanding of leading-edge data and analytics technologies and development techniques, including one or more of the following: Microsoft, Tableau, and/or Qlik. - Experience in cloud Technologies (AWS or Microsoft Azure is highly desirable) - Working closely with business users to design powerful visualisations and business intelligence reporting solutions. - Proven track record in delivering projects in a client-facing environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and awareness of industry trends. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - A background in consulting and professional services. **Qualifications/Education** - 5+ years of consulting and implementation experience - 5+ years broad IT experience - 5+ years experience of leading data & analytics tools - 5+ years delivering projects in a client facing environment **Why Altis?** Our Commitment to you.
