**LET'S FRAME THIS FOR YOU**:
Our Auckland Manufacturing Plant has an opportunity for a highly effective administrator to assist the Production leadership team, including the Production & Maintenance Supervisors, Training Coordinator and Plant Manager to meet business objectives with the key responsibilities being as follows:
Assist the team with effective clerical and administration support
- Assist the training team with staff and contractor inductions, training, and other administrative duties
- Support safety team with incident reporting
**KEEN TO NAIL THIS?**

The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set:

- A skilled administrator who has an eye for detail and is adept at managing their time with proven ability to work well under pressure
- Strong numerical reasoning with computer skills that will prove their worth coupled with Intermediate Excel ability
- Experience in manufacturing or scheduling roles an advantage
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with strong customer service skills to be the key go-to person for both customers and branch staff, etc
- Industry experience/product knowledge is desirable but not essential
