We are a medium-sized mechanical workshop in South Auckland, specializing in light vehicles and heavy diesel vehicles. Our team is committed to providing high-quality services and fostering a positive team culture.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking experienced Automotive Mechanics to fill two available positions, focusing on light vehicles and heavy diesel vehicles. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the mechanical industry, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. While most work is conducted at our Otahuhu workshop, occasional off-site callouts and customer assistance may be required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and repair heavy vehicles.
- Diagnose the root cause of faults and perform a wide range of repairs.
- Take ownership of work, solve problems, and use initiative.
- Provide excellent communication with team members and customers.
- Assist with vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and inspections.
- Conduct general mechanical and maintenance repairs.

**Requirements**:

- Full Driver's Licence.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintaining and repairing heavy vehicles.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Physically fit and free from drugs and alcohol.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Expertise in vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and inspections.
