**Responsibilities**: - Reporting to the site manager or other senior managers as required. - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to understand project specifications. - Take measurements and calculate the sizes and amounts of materials needed for the project. - Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other material (eg. fiberglass) according to measurements. - Build window frames, doors, staircases, brattices, frame buildings, and other structures by using raw materials or pre-constructed items. - Install hardwood doors, siding, cabinets, drywall, and insulation. - Inspect products and conduct repairs or maintenance as needed. - Comply with all company and governmental safety guidelines. - Ensuring that requirements, as specified by the client and senior management, are met. - Any other tasks that are reasonably requested by the employer from time to time. - Level 4 or above relevant qualification in construction or relevant trades, or 2 years of relevant work experience in construction or relevant trades is required. - Ability to work under pressure on a busy construction site. - Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime. - Must be flexible to work early-morning and late-night shifts. - Long-term and full commitments are required. - Can work well and efficiently both unsupervised and within a team. - Physically fit the job and can work outdoors in the hot and cold season.
