We are about to ramp up and start moving some dirt, across several regions: Wellington, Horowhenua & manawatu.

Ideally you are a true “black-belt” - proficient in all facets of earthmoving plant operation and keen to use your skills.

The opportunity:
As a highly skilled operator, you will be working on some of most complex terrain on the highway, sub divisions. You’ll be operating our late model and well-maintained equipment all over the projects, bringing your skills to our team and completing high quality advanced earthworks operations.

The skills we're after:

- Experience with GPS operation
- Skilled with multiple types of plant - Dozers, Motorscrapers (Terex, Wabco and CAT brands), Compactors, Graders, Excavators up to 100T
- Proficient in various dozer and motorscraper operations, ripping and benching bulk loading, batter work, sub grading, final trimming and more
- Full Class 2 licenses, with WTR endorsements
- You can see the big picture and coordinate team efforts
- You are physically fit
- You understand and embrace our approach to doing 'Safety Differently'
