**About the role**

We are looking for a Reach Truck Operator to join our third-party logistics (3PL) team at Big Chill’s brand new Ruakura site. As this role is based in our freezer warehouse, you will need to be familiar with the health and safety practices involved in working in chilled and frozen environments. You’ll also be experienced with operating reach trucks, with your own and the broader team’s health and safety in mind at all times.

Key responsibilities
- Operating and stacking pallets and products using reach trucks
- Picking and packing of customer orders
- Checking accuracy of customer orders
- Counting inventory for cycle counts
- Ensuring Health and Safety compliance - reporting any incidents in a timely manner

**About You**
- Proven experience in freight loading (temperature-controlled environments highly regarded)
- OSH approved Forklift License and ability to operate reach trucks
- Customer service ethic - your key priority is in fulfilling client orders and manage inventory
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Sound communication and commitment to team goals
