**We're Atlas and Arrow.**

Chances are you haven't heard of us before, but you might know some of the brands we represent. We're the face customers see for organisations that lack the time, resources or experience to build and run their own customer facing teams.

If you've been involved in a retail or customer facing environment over the last year or two you can probably appreciate that the landscape has changed. A strong handshake or a crisp high-five might be a thing of the past, but we think this little pearl of wisdom sums up last year pretty well...

Some of the world’s biggest brands; Uber, Whatsapp, Air Bnb, instagram were launched on the back of the 2008 Global Financial Crisis. They saw an opportunity where others saw challenges. We're not in their ball-park just yet, but we reckon they might have have been on to something

We have a pretty funky, tight-knit team. Its small, but they tell us it’s not the size of the team it’s what you do with it

Right now, the demand for a cost-effective sales and marketing strategy and a personal connection with customers in an uncertain economic landscape means we have an opportunity for growth

**That's where you come in..**

We’re looking for a couple of fresh faces to work personally with our Managing Director Phil over the next month. His jokes are terrible, but we think he’s a bit of a legend

You'll have access to product training, coaching workshops and a personal mentor. With sales assignments at retail promotions and pop-up retail kiosks available 7 days a week you can fill your boots and work as many days you can squeeze in, ‘the more the merrier’ they say. This gives you the best possible crack at the uncapped commissions, incentives and growth opportunities.

You don’t need to be a Marketing or Sales expert, but you’ll need to be willing to step outside your comfort zone. If you’ve got a bit of personality and you’re keen to learn you might be just who we’re after
