This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your Civil3D /Design experience and leadership skills in challenging greenfield sites with unique earthwork volumes and sediment control issues.

Challenging preparation of 300+ lot subdivisions will require a good grounding in the Auckland market

Current design challenges ahead include a 300 lot subdivision over 3 stages, 2 utility infrastructure projects and a 25 lot industrial subdivision.

Here, you will take responsibility of the technical performance for a team of 5 and the provision of design services.

Gain exposure to the entire process from concept through to delivery, and pave your way to promotion within a 16 month timeframe. In this process you will be mentored by a well-regarded Associate. He has remarkable knowledge in the industry.

Stimulate your need for network building by engaging directly with developers, council and other services on a regular basis.

Split your time with around 40% field work and the rest with leadership and design

Deal with the potential for a number of flood and overland flow issues - expect draining design as well as stormwater retention, detention and mitigation to come up.

The Director here has a passion for growing their team to have them achieve their best milestones. Expect Progress.

**_5 to 8 years of Civil Engineering experience within a consultancy in New Zealand and sound design knowledge including Civil 3D required._**
