**The Role**
We are looking for a Superstar Manager who has the expertise to create a fresh, bright experience for every customer who walks through the doors in Christchurch.
You will:

- Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch
- Guarantee the selling system for your outlet is being followed by all team members
- Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation
- Take responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take.

**Must be available Tuesday's for Lunch and Dinner**

**Skills / Experience**
A previous role leading a team is encouraged however not essential. What we are looking for is:

- Excellent presentation and strong clear communication
- Leadership, energy and enthusiasm
- An open mind and eagerness to learn
- A flexible, fun and driven individual
