- Are you capable of maximising sales through fresh product, ordering accurately and eliminating out of stocks, and being savvy with pricing and product range?
- Are you confident with negotiating the best price from suppliers?
- Can you build and maintain positive workplace relationships with reps, merchandisers, team members and other departments?
- Are you driven to constantly improve the offer through reviewing range, optimizing layout and merchandising, and great pricing that excites the customer?
- Are you customer & results focused - exceeding their expectations every time they shop
- Do you have the ability to inspire people and lead them to perform to a high level and engage with their work?

If you can answer **_yes_** to these questions then this role will provide you with a challenging environment with additional learning potential.

This role reports to the Store Manager you will be responsible for the daily operation and buying for the Chilled Department so previous relevant experience in a supervisory or management role will be an advantage.

The successful applicant will be strongly team focused, have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
