**Full Job Description**
**Key responsibilities**:
- To attend to all visitors and deal with enquiries on the phone and face to face
- Supply information regarding the organisation to clients and customers
- Assist in planning and organising appointments, meetings and conferences
- Answer the telephone, screen and direct calls
- Ensure meeting rooms and reception are kept clean
- Take and relay messages
- Monitor visitor access
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
**The Applicant should have**:
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a reception role in an office environment
- Advanced Microsoft suite and internet programs skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience will be highly regarded
- Be fully vaccinated against COVID19
