New World Feilding is looking for a cheerful reliable Baker or Bakery Apprentice to join our Bakery Team

You will be working with a committed and motivated team who prides themselves on the quality produce and service we offer our customers here at New World.

You will learn (or already know) how to
- Scratch Bake
- Bake, prove, finish and packing core range products according to specifications, standards and recipes to a consistent, high standard
- Wash Dishes and Cleaning
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of bakery products
- Able to complete all bakery tasks, including baking, finishing, packing, dishes, cleaning.
- Reliable, trustworthy
- Work in a team
- Assist with all tasks required of the bakery team
- Cope with the seasonal demands of working in a small team
- Adhere to all food safety and health and safety requirements
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- Maintain Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times

Here's what you'll need:

- Be Customer Driven
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be physically fit, this is a busy role which includes lifting, and you will be on your feet for the duration of your shift.
- Be reliable, we are a close team and you’ll be missed if you’re not here
- Have a good work ethic
- Enjoy being busy and be able to work well under pressure
