**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalised insurance solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Conduct sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with team members and underwriters to ensure clients receive the best insurance options.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your insurance knowledge and sales skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to changing industry trends.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Level 5 is preferred but not required.
