We're an emerging sustainable fashion label that is on the lookout for a retail brand ambassador for our shop in Auckland Central. Work in a beautiful and convenient location with an option for a flexible schedule. Retail experience is preferred.
- Administrative duties
- Involved in the presentation and VM of the store
- Ensure that stocks are neatly stored
- Ensure that there are enough stocks and requesting for stocks when quantities are low
- Customer relationship management and retail operations
- Drive sales and meet sales targets
- Demonstrates a good knowledge and genuine interest in the brand ethos and clothing we carry
- Friendly, personable and proactive, assisting customers by being on hand to recommend products to customers and help them find the right fit
- Provide the ultimate in-store experience for our customers
- Good eye for detail and high standard of personal presentation and style
- Collect payment and pack customers’ purchases
- Perform stock takes

Salary, Hours and Working Arrangement
- Salary and Benefits:

- Hourly rate of NZD$21.20
- Opportunity to earn team-based sales commission when store sales targets are hit
- Clothing allowance for Esse clothing
- Staff discount on all clothing in store
- Working hours:

- 1 -2 days per week
- 9.30am - 4pm
- Flexibility to agree on working days and hours every month

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 6-12 per week

**Salary**: From $21.20 per hour
