The opportunity:
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance superstar to join our Distribution Risk team.
The purpose of this role has two key focuses; to carry out quality assurance audits and to support risk awareness and responsiveness for Partnership Insurance.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out quality assurance audits for Partnership Insurance teams and analyse results- Perform Partnership Insurance’s quality assurance activity developing frameworks and embedding end-to-end processes- Work closely with team leaders and senior managers to implement improvements in the quality assurance process- Work closely with other internal stakeholders as required; assist in Audit & Assurance reviews- Support the Partnership Insurance risk managers in completing Line 1 risk duties as required including the performance of controls, test plans and the maintenance of issues and incidents- Record complaints and investigations to a high standard- Undertake adviser-conduct related investigations, considering whether a complaint/investigation is a potential breach of Adviser Agreement or Regulation- Consider any remediation activity and whether a further deep dive is required- Assist with the management of the PI Investigations Inbox- Undertake structured process reviews within Partnership Insurance to establish root causes where risk incidents or issues, have occurred and identify improvement opportunities- Assess and support operational continuous improvements, including small work requests, process improvements and other ad-hoc initiativesAbout you:
- Knowledge/understanding of quality control and relevant principles- Understanding of risk principles- Understanding of finance or insurance industry products and practices is highly desirable- Computer skills - advanced level of MS Excel and Visio- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure when leading a number of assigned initiatives- Ability to work both independently, multi-task and manage conflicting priorities- Approach tasks with a continuous improvement mind-set- Demonstrable analytical and report writing experience- Process management experience is desirable- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills- Excellent written communication skills
