ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for our next superstar to join our brand and be our next Area Manager in our Western Australia Bras n Things south region

This is a full time position at 38hours/week.

Our Area Managers are outgoing, caring, compassionate, hardworking and dedicated. They have a passion for creating and fostering teams who can provide Customers' with positive experiences, having their Customers' leave feeling confident, beautiful and wanting to return

DUTIES/EXPERIENCE

Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on team budgets and KPIs
Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions
Understanding of Stock Management processes and can prioritise tasks
Previous experience coaching and providing on the spot feedback with your team
Salary management and commercial accumen
