**The Role**:
Our Timber Yard team is looking for someone who loves delivering epic customer service and doesn’t mind a bit of hard work This is a challenging but rewarding role, working together with the Trade and Dispatch teams. Your primary focus will be assisting our Trade and DIY customers with great advice, making sure they have everything they need to complete their projects.

A good level of physical fitness is required to help lift timber and other materials, as well as to be on your feet all day. This is a permanent, full time (40 hours per week) role, working 5 days a week including one weekend day (Sunday-Thursday).

Previous customer service experience, or building and timber knowledge would be an advantage, but it is your strong personal values that align with ours that will make you successful at Mitre 10.

For this position a **full clean driver licence is required** and a _current F endorsed forklift certification is an advantage_. However, if you have a full licence and a willingness to learn we will happily put you through forklift licence training.
