We’re looking for a Signal and Traction Facilitator to join our Learning and Development team. In this specialist role, you’ll design, deliver, and assess training for Signals & Traction, making sure our people have the skills and confidence to work safely and to the highest standards.

** Ngā pukenga e rapu nei mātou | What you will bring**

- Electrical Engineering Level 4 qualification or similar
- Experience as a signalling technician
- Proven experience in facilitation and training delivery skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and guide learners of different levels
- Collaborative approach and strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Full New Zealand driver’s licence

_Desirable_: Registered Electrical Inspector, Adult Education Level 4 qualification and/or Skills assessor registration
