**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are on the lookout for an amazing Retail Store Manager to take our store in** [STORE NAME]** to the next level If you are looking for a fast-paced role where no two days are the same and want to work alongside an inspirational and innovative teamJOIN US

Tuesday to Saturday roster (40 hours) 7am start Wednesday **NO LATE NIGHTS**

**OUR NEXT AMAZING STORE MANAGER**
- You are a Store Manager with great mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to inspire their team
- You have 1 + years Retail Store Management experience in a fast-paced environment
- You are passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
- You are ambitious to accelerate your career and take on your next challenge
- You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- You are passionate about delivering AMAZING customer experiences
- You are looking for a dynamic, busy and fun work environment where no two days are the same

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.**
- Drive sales result to smash budgets and targets
- take your store to the next level
- Coach and develop a high-performing team and ensure they have the tools and motivation to achieve their goals
- Assist with recruitment, on-boarding and training of new team members
- Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained
- Manage stock deliveries and merchandising the store
- Complete monthly rosters and ensure they are costed within hours budget
