**About the Job**

Citycare specialises in keeping installed equipment in sound working condition through project work, planned routine care, preventative maintenance, and reactive response. Citycare Property has a number of opportunities for trade qualified HVAC Technicians able to work on an on-call roster for after-hours service work. If you think you fit the bill, then we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**

This role will be responsible for:

- Maintaining and repairing air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Working on a routine and reactive basis
- Undertaking preventative maintenance by identifying areas of risk
- Diagnosing any electrical and mechanical faults
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance promptly and efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Full Class 1 Driver Licence
- Previous experience as a Field Technician
- NZ Electrical Service Technician A & B registration
- Chiller and artesian system experience
- Strong experience and knowledge in controls and BMS
- Enthusiastic and enjoy working in a customer-facing, service-industry environment
- Physically fit
- A strong emphasis on health and safety
- The right to work in New Zealand
- Pass a medical, drug and alcohol assessment
- Provide two reference checks

**Remuneration**

The hourly rate for trade qualified HVAC Technicians will range from $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.
