We are currently seeking Facilities Manager that preferably (but not essential) has technical background and experience in the electrical space to join our Auckland based Facilities Management team to manage an interesting diverse portfolio of a small national Commercial Office client and get involved to support other National FM teams as needed.

**About the Role**:
- Building and maintaining positive and effective relationships with our client and maximising the potential revenue and margin aligned to the clients Master Services Agreement.
- Providing technical advice and solutions to a mission critical client along with providing innovative ideas to enhance their business operations.
- Working as part of Facilities Management team to effectively and efficiently manage reactive / planned property maintenance including actively managing KPI including attendance and completion times.
- Management of subcontractors, and suppliers where required including liaising with internal Trade Services Divisions to deliver a broad scope of services and projects.
- Ensure all works are undertaken safely and consistent with Cushman & Wakefield and legislative safety requirements.
- Proven track record of maintaining and preparing budgets and strong financial acumen.
**About You**:
- Our ideal person will have a minimum of five years’ experience in Facilities Management role, ideally in an outsourced FM environment.
- You must have a good understanding of commercial/industrial facilities maintenance, with preference of an electrical or trade background.
- Experience with critical environments would be advantageous.
- You will directly engage with and manage a combination of self-delivery trades teams and key subcontractors, therefore people/vendor management experience is highly beneficial.
