Team Global Express NZ delivers freight forwarding, end-to-end transport services, and comprehensive logistics solutions to customers operating in New Zealand scaling from Kaitaia to Invercargill.

Our Logistics team in Christchurch are on the hunt for a highly experienced reach driver who can load and unload, complete picking outbound orders and put-aways for inbound freight on our day shift; 7.30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**

Additional key duties below:

- Load and unload all freight safely and securely
- Achieve branch operational objectives by using On-time to scan freight efficiently
- Ensure documentation accompanying freight is complete
- Prioritise health and safety and ensure all MHE is operated in a safe and proficient manner
- Communicate effectively within a team environment

**Your Skills - ō pūkenga**

To be successful in this role, you will be a team player with prior reach and counterbalance experience. Additionally, you will need:

- An OSH approved forklift certificate
- Counterbalance forklift and reach truck experience
- Prior work experience in the freight/logistics industry
- A strong health and safety focus
- Experience with RF Scanners
- Continuous improvement ideas around inward and outward goods movements
