**Meet the Team**:
Join our passionate team as a Dexcom Territory Business Manager (TBM) and play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) portfolio across New Zealand, with a focus on Primary Care. As a key representative of Dexcom, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the diabetes healthcare sector, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders while promoting our innovative products.

**Where You Come In**:

- You will champion Dexcom’s CGM product range, promoting it to healthcare professionals and consumers in Primary Care settings, ensuring sales growth and outstanding service.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in Primary Care settings and target centers to provide education and training on Dexcom products, empowering them to integrate our technology into their diabetes practice effectively.
- Lead territory sales growth initiatives in Primary Care, implementing Dexcom strategies, and monitoring progress towards achieving sales goals.
- Utilize your sales expertise to influence physicians and healthcare professionals in Primary Care to prescribe Dexcom products, playing a vital role in improving patient care.
- Represent Dexcom at trade shows, diabetes exhibits, and community events, showcasing our products and building brand awareness.
- Provide exceptional customer support and efficiently manage territory activities, ensuring cost-effective travel and timely completion of administrative tasks.

**What Makes You Successful**:

- Your background in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, coupled with a proven track record of success, will be instrumental in achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to cultivate strong business relationships will set you apart.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for effectively promoting Dexcom products and engaging with stakeholders.
- Your ability to work autonomously while remaining aligned with team objectives will contribute to overall success.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-year experience in a related role, preferably in diabetes or medical device sales.
- Background in healthcare/science, with previous sales success in the medical/pharmaceutical industry.
- Possession of a current Driver’s License and Working with Children’s Check.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Unrestricted work rights within New Zealand.

**Travel Required**:

- More than 75%
