**Your new role**

You will be coordinating and reporting to the Purchasing Manager in Location, ensuring quality execution of all regular purchasing and administrative duties within the National Parts Distribution Centre.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Maintaining, and updating purchasing records/data
- Assisting, monitoring, and managing purchasing orders.
- Monitor, plan and manage inventory level.
- Manging warranty claims and quotations
- Coordinate timely deliveries of items from suppliers to stores
- General administrative duties

**To be successful, you will have**
- Must have full drivers licence
- Experience in working in similar role in an automotive industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill
- Outstanding customer service
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer literate
