We are looking for an experienced Senior Support Analyst to join an organisation which will offer you career progression, stability and variety. You will be committed to growing your skills while providing the best possible service to the people of Christchurch - creatively, innovatively and effectively.

This role will include providing advice, assistance and problem solving in an area that strives for continual service improvement. You will have extensive Service Desk experience in supporting hardware & software in large organisation to support you to achieve your objectives.

You will possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills, as well as a high level of knowledge of key Council systems, hardware and business process and be comfortable providing training to new team members as well as providing ongoing mentoring to existing team members.

A high level of interpersonal skills and experience will enable you to provide leadership support on behalf of the Service Desk for any project activity coupled with your willingness to continue learning in a rapidly evolving environment.
