Join Our Team at Hornby We’re looking for One enthusiastic, customer-focused superstars to join our Hornby branch for a 6-month role to cover maternity leave. 30+ hours per week. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and assisting customers, and building strong, lasting relationships. - Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner. - Assist front-line cashiers as needed, ensuring smooth operations at the checkout. - Support shop maintenance and collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and other departments as required
