The civil industry is booming, and we have clients needing labourers, WTR operators to work on big projects based in Bay of Plenty. Projects include bulk earthworks and smaller scale projects for subdivisions, roadworks, and commercial sites.

**Duties/ Responsibilities**:

- Working within subdivision drainage and roading crews
- Assisting the final stages of the subdivision, digging holes, installing drainage
- Digging trenches and levelling to required meterage
- Working along site machine operators and drainage crew members
- Backfilling trenches
- Machinery operating

**Role requirements**:

- Civil labouring experience a bonus but not essential
- WTR licence or have the desire to learn and attain the licences required
- Valid Site Safe Passport beneficial
- Keen to learn with an interest in the civil construction sector
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must have own transport or way to site
