Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi is a vibrant and exciting tertiary education institution which offers a range of programmes from certificates to doctorates across a range of disciplines.
We are seeking an experienced contracts administrator to maintain a central register of contracts, licence agreements, and leases, and provide contract administration support to managers responsible for ensuring contract and lease agreements and to meet compliance requirements for programmes delivered at marae and other off-site venues.
Our successful applicant will have:
- A diploma (level 5 or 6) qualification relevant to business or administration.
- Two years previous finance or general administration experience and;
- Previous legal administration experience or experience in a role of a similar nature preparing/administering contracts.
- Data entry and database experience.
- Intermediate level skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
- Experience working with marae, hapu and iwi organisations.
Knowledge of Te Reo Māori and Tikanga Māori to at least an intermediate level or a willingness and commitment to upskill in this area is required.
