**Key Responsibilities**:
Delivering an exceptional in-store experience for every customer
- Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, in line with brand guidelines
- Managing the processing of incoming and outgoing stock

**Skills and Experience**:

- At least 1 year of experience in retail or hospitality
- Proven ability to provide top-tier customer service
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Current New Zealand work rights
- An interest in fashion or footwear is a bonus
