**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Ideally 1-3 years’ experience on New Zealand civils and roading projects in an Engineering capacity on site
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering (NZDCE or BEng Civils or similar)
- Surveying experience is sought after but not essential, there will be opportunity to gain this experience as part of your role as a Site Engineer
- A strong focus on cost control and quality outcomes.
- Experience managing project resources including materials and teams/crews is favourable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders and clients.
