**Geneva Healthcare's Community Living service supports adults with physical and intellectual disabilities in home environments across New Zealand.**

We are looking for Full time and Part time Support Workers to help the people we support in our Tauranga residential services. This is a 24/7 roster Monday to Sunday which includes working overnight and alternate weekends. This will suit people who are looking for flexibility and more regular longer shifts in one place

**What does a Support Worker do?**

As a Support Worker you can be part of our team to enable people with a disability to live a life of choice, freedom and independence. Support workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 cover with responsibilities including aiding with personal care, community outings and integration, and other aspects of daily living - enabling our people to be as independent as possible.

**What are we looking for?**
- A desire to support our people to learn new skills and achieve outcomes
- Prior experience supporting others with aspects of daily living, preferably those living with intellectual or physical disabilities
- Full driver's license and confidence to safely transport passengers in our disability vans (training provided)
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekends
