SUMMARY

The Senior eLearning Designer leads the creation of innovative, impactful learning solutions that drive performance improvement and learner engagement. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to design and deliver strategic e-learning initiatives, leveraging instructional design expertise, advanced technology, and data-driven approaches to meet organisational goals.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**_ Learning Design Leadership: _**Design and develop complex, innovative, and scalable e-learning solutions tailored to business and learner needs.

**_ Strategic Collaboration: _**Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and align solutions with strategic goals.

**_ Continuous Improvement and Innovation: _**Develop and implement measurement frameworks to evaluate learning effectiveness and ROI.

**_ Stakeholder Engagement: _**Lead high-level discussions with cross-functional teams to ensure learning initiatives meet business objectives.

**_ Operational Excellence: _**Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency and scalability of learning solutions.

**MINIMUM SKILLSET**:
**_ Expertise in Learning Design_**
- Advanced knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning theories, and performance-focused learning strategies.

**_Technological Proficiency_**
- Mastery of eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond).
- Strong understanding of LMS platforms, xAPI, SCORM, and analytics tools to measure learning impact.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.

**_Leadership and Collaboration_**
- Exceptional ability to influence, coach, and lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and navigating complex projects in a dynamic environment.

**_Data-Driven Decision-Making_**
- Strong analytical skills to assess learning needs, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards to communicate learning outcomes and ROI to leadership.

**EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE**_:_**

**_ Essential:_**
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning and development, including leadership roles.
- Strong background in developing and delivering blended and digital learning solutions.
- Experience working with senior leaders and managing enterprise-level learning initiatives.

**_Desirable:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology or related field.
- Certifications in eLearning, instructional design, or project management (e.g., ATD, CIPD, PMP).
- Experience in driving learning culture transformation within large organizations
