**About the Role**:
This is a fantastic full-time, permanent opportunity for a Territory Manager Route to join our amazing team

Reporting to the Route Channel Team Leader, you will engage your creative thinking and customer-centric approach to across our route channel to maximize commercial opportunities in the Lower North Island region.

You will have complete ownership for our customer base from selling new products, securing distribution terms, delivering unbeatable service, and truly partnering with our customers

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Implementing our marketing and sales programmes and executing with excellence
- Negotiating on shelf positioning and new product ranging
- Achieving product distribution targets, shelf share targets, cycle activations
- Utilizing your commercial acumen to make sound business decisions and driving sales targets
- Acquiring new Route business and identifying a pipeline of new business targets
- Providing accurate reports, feedback and market intelligence to the Route Channel Team Leader and other key stakeholders

**About You**:
We are looking for a self-motivated and focused sales star (you'll have the ability to work autonomously out in the field) who is comfortable thinking outside the box to achieve results and has the right attitude
- Demonstrated sales experience with FMCG expertise, highly regarded
- Effective communicator who can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer interaction style
- Highly resilient with a drive to succeed
