Join Our Team as a Full-Time Tech Enthusiast at Our Petone Branch We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, tech-savvy Shop Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and support at our Petone location. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver an outstanding in-store experience by greeting customers, offering assistance, and building lasting relationships. -Provide customers with all relevant product information to assist them with decision making -Promote any ‘add on’ or related products and specials to customers as appropriate -Ensure customers expectations are met throughout the end to end sales process including check out if required. -Ensure guarantees and all relevant purchase information is provided to customers and extended warranties offered
