**The ask**:

- An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, business processes or technology designs based on Oracle Fusion as the target state
- Able to operate independently to provide quality work products, perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to deliver Customer advocacy
- Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects for solution streams
- Effectively consults with management of customer organisations
- Actively involved in business development activities
- A true team player internally and externally

**About you**

You will be responsible for establishing strong, lasting and collaborative relationships with our customers, working with our global teams to implement the right solution for our customers enabling their successful adoption of our products and services. You will inspire the client to see the journey ahead of them and while they may only look to implement a part of the winning solution, you will help the team establish a pathway to expand on a client’s Oracle footprint. You will bring in strong domain knowledge in key focus industries including in addition to your knowledge of Fusion ERP Business Applications. A critical part of the role will also involve leading the solution delivery of the ERP implementations to ensure the customer’s business needs are addressed and benefit realisations are achieved.

You will bring high levels of energy and creativity to come up with the best solution for a client and communicate these ideas to the team. You can present and inspire the client to see the vision you are putting forward. You have done this before in prior roles, particularly in Oracle ERP Cloud and have designed numerous solutions for clients which have seen a successful outcome.

**Pre-Requisites**
- 5-7 years’ experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP in the Cloud
- Excellent communication skills in English (Written and Spoken)
- Tertiary Qualifications
- Financial/Accounting expertise and/or qualifications
- Ability to travel as needed
- New Zealand resident or citizen
