The Relocations team sits within the Talent and Culture Department and is responsible for welcoming incoming crew, both offshore and local to Wētā FX.

The Relocations team manage all aspects of settlement support including housing, education, banking, tax, community services, health, wellbeing, travel advice and immigration support.

**As the Relocations Lead you will be responsible for**:

- Managing the day to day schedule & performance requirements of Arrival Liaison and Immigration & Relocations Assistant
- Keep across NZ/Canadian/Australian Immigration processes
- Responsible for smooth onboarding in Wellington & remote starters globally (excluding Canada & Australia)
- Manage NZ new arrivals alongside NZ Visa Specialist from deal memo through onboarding.
- Assisting crew members (and dependant family members) with information on all aspects of settling into work. Including providing information on visa’s, health care & insurances, child care, education, tax, banking & settling into the community
- Communicating with Department contacts on schedules of new crew, changes etc.
- Working collaboratively with key people to continually improve onboarding processes
- Supporting relocation & onboarding efforts in Melbourne & Vancouver. by working with Relocation Operation Managers
- Responsible for travel arrangements, sending final itineraries & start date instructions
- Managing and forecasting work for Arrivals Liaison and runners as appropriate

**Role requirements**:

- Knowledge of Film Industry or Production background would be useful
- Knowledge of NZ Immigration
- Knowledge of travel & how to travel crew internationally
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Occasionally work odd hours in order to deal with international timezones
